THE ALCHEMIST - Best lines

In this post, I’ve jotted down few of my favorite lines from “THE ALCHEMIST” by Paulo Coelho.  

• It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.

• At a certain point in our lives, we lose control of what's happening to us, and our lives become controlled by fate. That's the world's greatest lie.

• When you want something, the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.

• People are capable, at any time in their lives, of doing what they dream of.

• When each day is the same as the next, it's because people fail to recognize the good things that happen in their lives every day that the Sun rises.

• There is nothing to hold you back except yourself.

• You must always know what it is that you want.

• Every blessing ignored becomes a curse.

• Follow the omens.

• Making a decision is only the beginning of things. When someone makes a decision, he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he had never dreamed of when he first made the decision.

• Everything in life is an omen.

• There is a universal language, understood by everybody, but already forgotten.

• There's no such thing as coincidence.

• understand the word of Allah: people need not fear the unknown if they are capable of achieving what they need and want

• When you can’t go back, you have to worry only about the best way o f moving forward.

• All people who are happy have God within them. And that happiness could be found in a grain of sand from the desert, as the alchemist had said. Because a grain of sand is a moment of creation, and the universe has taken millions of years to create it.
